Stroke ICU with full support

Stroke Unit, IBN SINA Hospital, under direct supervision of Prof. M. A. Hayee, who is the pioneer in Neuro-Intervention in Bangladesh, provides neurological treatment for the patients with diversified number of neurological disease like diseases of brain (stroke/infection), diseases of spinal cord etc. It provides a complete support comprising Neuro-Medicine, Neuro-Imaging, Neuro-Intervention (coiling, stenting in carotid and cerebral vessels), Neuro-Surgery (with the help of renowned neuro-surgeons of Bangladesh), Neuro-evaluation by NCV, NCS, EMG etc and a Stroke ICU. IBN SINA stroke unit is the only center in Bangladesh where neuro-intervention (cerebral DSA, Stenting, Coiling) is being done on a regular basis. Since its commencement on 1st October 2013, Stroke ICU is serving both Indoor and Outdoor (admitted through emergency department) patients who are critically ill by our skilled medical staffs round the clock, with available modern ventilator machine, monitor and central oxygen supply.
